Day-In-The-Life

A Day-In-The-Life video lets the jury see, hear, and believe that the plaintiff and their family are having difficulty coping with injury. A day-in-the-life video shows the plaintiff working hard to accomplish small goals, but in a tone that is upbeat overall. The story is varied and quick-paced, to keep the jury interested and sympathetic. We select specific areas of the plaintiff's day instead of videotaping an entire day. This keeps costs down and simplifies editing. The video should be concise, about ten to twenty minutes. (one of ourregular clients has a "thirteen minute rule.")

A short, subtly emotional story is far more effective than a "poor me" in which jurors see the plaintiff's attorney as being manipulative.
